Apprehensive to start with but made to feel at ease straight away. Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Fantastic fun and great exercise! Would highly recommend to all to keep fit or just for a giggle!!!!

'I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed pole dancing. I went along nervous but excited at the prospect of learning a new skill, getting fit and having fun at the same time. Polly instantly puts you and the others in your group at ease in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There aren’t many in the class and no men around, so you really feel comfortable and not scared of looking a bit silly at first! I loved the spins, although hard at first, once you get the hang of it with the help of Polly's patience and expertise you really start to enjoy it, and lose weight and get toned in the process!' LIZ
